每次看到你和她都让我觉得很甜蜜。。。

但过了几秒之后,不知不觉甜蜜被氧化。。。有了酸酸的味道。。。

Exercise: warehouse????

Breakfast : half chicken bun half yam bun, nice milk tea

Lunch : rice wid two veggies

5.oopm: half small packet of peanut n anchovi, yoghurt , 1piece of bread

7.00pm: papaya...

7.30pm: pepero ( oh no..it's supposed to b in sumbody stomach kai )

8.00pm; anlene chocolate, mango...

Day 5

Exercise : working in library, walk from 883 to school n ...

Breakfast : cup noodle, half small bag of peanut n anchovi

first break: chocolate waffle

second break: watermelon n melon...

aft skul : chicken mix chaw siew rice, green lemon tea...

at 8pm 5 pieces v small pieces of panda bisc

10.30 chocolate anlene...1 piece of bread

上个礼拜四或五, 我发现了妹妹的pm上面写着 super MNG

有种说不出来的熟悉感觉。。。后来潜意识下就有着这些字

后来恍然大悟。。想起来。。隔天去看。。。那几个字已经没有了。。



haiz。。为什么我不能敏感一点呢?

多一些包容。。甚至无厘头的包容。。。

因为也许会有什么我不知道的原因。。。

那些东西都不需要知道。。有些时候安慰也没有用。。

默默的包容其实就很足够了。。。



我对不起妹妹。。好像没有资格你的老公叻。。

不过我会更努力的。。。




最近玩FB 做了那个quiz, 错了几题。。

现在要开始复习了。。。

妹妹 喜欢白色, 恐怖片,香草冰淇淋, 于家人和朋友在一起最开心,一点过后才睡觉,

Summary for week 1 ( day 1-4 )

Exercise : run 20 min, 45 min, badminton 2 hour ( not bad )

Diet : day 2 = wanna vomit after drinking bubble tea
day 4 = stomatch ache ( bloating ) v pain...
should hav eat regularly

Exercise: washing toilet??? working in lib from 6????



Breakfast8 am: rice with mushroom ball, milk tea



Lunch 2pm: tortilla fried chicken which is not nice, heaty, yet cost me 2 dollar =.=



Dinner 5pm: milk pocky, orange pineapple juice, green bean soup

8.30pm yeos soya bean

9.30pm 6 lychee







wanna puke after eating my dinner...shouldnt hav skipped lunch n eat sumthin fried....



not gonna to replace my lunch wid sumthin fried anymore...eat rice whenever possible...

day 4

Exercise : run 1 hour at nite

Morning : 9.30 am grapes, apple juices

1030 am two pieces of bread wid thick layers of peanut butter :p


Afternoon : 2.30 pm taukwa doubanjiang soup, lychee

4.30 pm two pieces of bread wid thick layers of peanut butter again =.=

7.50 pm stir fry brocolli with carrot , chocolate anlene

haiz..today is totally random...

wake up at 9.30 which is really late for me...

anyhow eat...

sleep from 4.30 to 7

nvr do any revision which i intend to do for whole day...

nvm..tml wil b a brand new day again..tml is hope ^^

new plan for weekend:

sleep latest at 12am...
wake up latest at 8am...
eat lunch rice + veggies


cook urselves or eat at opposite skul hawker...
if at outside..juz eat lunch oso...
buy water if outside..spend dat money for gud cause....
dun dehydrate urself or let urself bcome too hungry....

Day 3

Exercise : walking from wudlands to hostel n vise versa ???
shopping???

Breakfast : 5.30am cup noodles

9.30am 1 cup of carrot juice, 1piece of kaya bread n 1 piece
of plain bread

12.30pm 1/2 slice of cake

3.30pm rice with 2 veggies + 1 fish

8.30pm 3 pieces of minibread

9.30pm macd vanila cone ice cream


Haiz...i broke the rule...if i m at outside,
it is difficult to eat soup based noodle...muz set a new rule for weekend...


Pliz control urself if u r not hungry..dun eat ice cream la....

Day 2

Exercise: Badminton (2 hours)


Morning: a cup of chocolate anlene milk, 3 pieces of bread wid jam

Afternoon: bubble tea

Noon ( 5 oc'clock ): soup based noodles

Nite: one cup of honey drinks and anlene milk.


dun drink too much bubble tea
restricted to once a week maximum
( remember d artificial sweeten favour that left in ur mouth today & d feel of vomitting today )


if really hungry..can drink milk with oats....

Exercise : - run for 20 min

Breakfast: - i piece of bread, 1 egg and chocolate anlene

Afternoon: - rice with 2 veggies and a cup of fruits, half piece of subway biscuits

5 0'clock: cheese cake

Nite: - soup base noodles, 1 tomato, i yoghurt


Feel tooo full at nite- shouldnt hav eat cheese cake

Weight Management ( 另名:减肥 )

The exercise Plan:
1. Do exercise 4 times a week includes 2x 1 hour swimming and 2 x 30 minutes running.


The diet Plan:
1. Liberate urself when it is morning or afternoon.
2.When it is night, u can only eat soup baste noodles and fruits, yoghurt or yakult before 8.
3.Please sleep early so that you won’t feel hungry at night and u can exercise in the morning.

Things to note:
1.When working, eat sumthin before like bread or waffle and after work, u can only drink milk.

2. When going to buy sumthin at supermarket, pliz fill ur stomatch first.

3.When it’s eight o’clock pliz brush ur teeth, if u r still hungry, drink some milk.

4. If you are sleepy or tired, pliz dun wake urself up by eatin. GO SLEEP GIRL. If haven finish rj den sleep for one hour 1st.
