Day 2

Exercise: Badminton (2 hours)


Morning: a cup of chocolate anlene milk, 3 pieces of bread wid jam

Afternoon: bubble tea

Noon ( 5 oc'clock ): soup based noodles

Nite: one cup of honey drinks and anlene milk.


dun drink too much bubble tea
restricted to once a week maximum
( remember d artificial sweeten favour that left in ur mouth today & d feel of vomitting today )


if really hungry..can drink milk with oats....

dont eat the bubbles in bubbles tea, one bubble alone is more fattening than the whole drink.

go find the calorie value if you dont trust me =)
