Exercise : - run for 20 min
Breakfast: - i piece of bread, 1 egg and chocolate anlene
Afternoon: - rice with 2 veggies and a cup of fruits, half piece of subway biscuits
5 0'clock: cheese cake
Nite: - soup base noodles, 1 tomato, i yoghurt
Feel tooo full at nite- shouldnt hav eat cheese cake

so weird, you eat so little things still can say full =x
dunno le..mayb d time of eatin cake n noodles quite near...
but actually compared to those dieting is quite a lot ed :p
tats why i say i can never follow diet plan! haha!
