Breakfast : 5.30am cup noodles
9.30am 1 cup of carrot juice, 1piece of kaya bread n 1 piece
of plain bread
12.30pm 1/2 slice of cake
3.30pm rice with 2 veggies + 1 fish
8.30pm 3 pieces of minibread
9.30pm macd vanila cone ice cream
Haiz...i broke the rule...if i m at outside,
it is difficult to eat soup based noodle...muz set a new rule for weekend...
Pliz control urself if u r not hungry..dun eat ice cream la....

i think you better dont eat cup noodles at 5.30am...and dont eat icecream at 9.30pm..maybe cup noodles at 7am and icecream and bread at 7.30pm is better..
anyway, if you want to do the 'exercise' mentioned, walk with me to causeway tmr ;)
