The exercise Plan:
1. Do exercise 4 times a week includes 2x 1 hour swimming and 2 x 30 minutes running.
The diet Plan:
1. Liberate urself when it is morning or afternoon.
2.When it is night, u can only eat soup baste noodles and fruits, yoghurt or yakult before 8.
3.Please sleep early so that you won’t feel hungry at night and u can exercise in the morning.
Things to note:
1.When working, eat sumthin before like bread or waffle and after work, u can only drink milk.
2. When going to buy sumthin at supermarket, pliz fill ur stomatch first.
3.When it’s eight o’clock pliz brush ur teeth, if u r still hungry, drink some milk.
4. If you are sleepy or tired, pliz dun wake urself up by eatin. GO SLEEP GIRL. If haven finish rj den sleep for one hour 1st.
